Professional results with any cosmetic procedure require the use of a professionally cultivated color palette. Cleo Color has developed a series of sophisticated pigments designed specifically for use by professional practitioners of cosmetic tattooing. All Cleo Color pigments are formulated from iron or titanium dioxides and stabilized in a base of alcohol, glycerin and distilled water by a patented homogenizing/pasteurization process that insures Cleo Colors are safe and remain true in color. With proper techniques, you can be confident that Cleo Colors will not oxidize or fade (to undertones) with time. Despite claims, pigments not containing iron oxides have not passed the test of time.

LIP SERIES
Blue Red This extraordinary dark blood red is in great demand.	Coral Bright and beautiful in the skin. Lighten to a soft peach by adding white or mix with our exclusive flesh tones for a natural lip color.
Earth Strong orange undertones. A very mixable color for medium to dark skin tones.	Fuchsia Electric color. Striking beauty with a subtle undertone. Numerous shades may be achieved by adding white. Superb color for Asian skin.
Natural Pink A very light yet alluring color. Incorporates well with the repair or a damaged lip line. May also be used effectively to lighten other colors.	Paprika Beautifully bold, this spicy shade carries warm undertones and is functionally designed for long-lasting color.
Rose A rose is a rose! Save mixing time. This fresh color has subtle cool undertones.	Val’s Red Brown Exclusively formulated for Val Hovan of Australia and is now available in the United States. This warm lip tone compliments almost any complexion.

DARKER SHADES FOR LIPS All darker shades for lips should be mixed with Coral to avoid healing too dark.
Berry Rich and dark! A must for your African-American and Hispanic clientele.	Cinnamon A great spicy shade for darker lips. Mixes well with Natural Pink or Coral.
Plum For darker lips; excellent color retention. Lighten with Natural Pink or Highlight for many exciting shades.	Rosewood A “best seller” for the naturally darker lip. A very warm, beautiful color.

BROW SERIES
Blonde A delicate yet effective color for fair complexions. May be used to mix numerous tones of brown.	Coffee This medium dark brown is strikingly rich in color. Can be used a cool or warm brow tone.
Dark Brown A rich chocolate color with outstanding retention qualities.	Light Taupe Soft ash tone for blondes and grays. Great for natural looking beauty marks.
Medium Brown A warm, embracing golden brown.	Real Redhead A naturally authentic look. Superior for cutting gray.
Sunny Blonde A delicate warm blonde for the fair complexion. It may be mixed to obtain various shades of brown for brows and skin tones.	Sunny Brown The spirit of the sun lives, with a touch of gold, in this flattering warm shade.
True Taupe No red, simply beautiful gray brown.	Warm-up A magnificent golden color for “warming up” the brown colors. Increases the versatility of your color palette.
Mixing Black Mixes beautifully with our brow colors for a natural looking brown eyeliner.	Extra Dark Brown Our darkest brown. An excellent colors for brows and eyeliner.

EYELINER SERIES
Eyeliner Black To be used as an eyeliner only. Do not mix with other pigments. This black formula will not migrate or turn blue.	Smokey Blue A beautiful soft blue-grey. A long-standing favorite.
Smokey Green This beautiful smokey green brings out the beauty of your green-eyed client.	Charcoal Grey Beautiful grey for those who don’t want a too-dark eyeliner.
White All purpose. To lighten or highlight your procedure.

SKIN MATCH SERIES These unique colors are exclusively designed to pick up the undertones present in normal skin. They may be darkened with any brown color to ensure a perfect match.

BREAST SERIES These five time-tested colors are specifically designed for breast and areola pigmentation. All the colors are intermixable for areola shades. New denser formulas to assist with color retention in scar tissue. Available for initial purchase in a set of five (5) ½ oz. bottles. Thereafter, each color may be purchased separately.
